Job Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large, complex globally focused, multi-channel, digital marketing strategies to meet business initiatives. Responsible for creating and executing on innovative ideas that tie web, search engine optimization, social media, marketing automation, mobile, and metrics together to provide solutions based on customer insight. Partner with senior management, boutique representatives, product, compliance, legal and IT to perform usability testing, create content and execute marketing/product initiatives that align with the overall marketing strategy. Serve as product manager, managing digital efforts across cross functional internal teams and external service providers. Manage and develop technology and other electronic communication delivery tools, and leverage efficiencies in execution of marketing initiatives. Serve a resource for junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in marketing or business related field. 10 plus years relevant work experience, preferably in a marketing or digital marketing capacity. Significant experience in site content development and layout, pay per click based programs with a focus on SEM and SEO, and familiarity with content management systems (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, Drupal and HTML) preferred. Must understand the opportunity associated with data driven segmentation, 1:1 response marketing and metrics driven continuous optimization. Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, time management, decision making, project management, presentation and verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of (or ability to obtain) the asset management market and products is required. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and word required. Ability to learn systems and applications used within the firm required. Must be detail oriented, able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and able to maintain confidentiality.
