Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Your primary responsibilities will be leading projects across cross functional teams to achieve our goals, and collaborating closely with engineering and operational teams to deliver on your plans. As the business and its complexity grows, we have an accelerating need to have individuals manage the rollout of the appropriate controls across lines of business, geographies and other nuances. You will collaborate with a broad cross section of the Amazon marketplace organization as you clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective solutions between development and business teams. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering or technology with relevant work experience - Strong verbal/written communication in English - Experience with investigator SOPs - Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and provide leadership in cross-functional environments - Proven track record of overcoming obstacles to achieve a goal - Self-starter or driven individual focused on meeting and exceeding goals - Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills with a track record of using hard data and metrics to make business decisions and evaluate results Preferred Qualifications- Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems - Exhibits strong business judgment and a track record of using data driven analyses to influence decisions - Experience with abuse, risk management, compliance or similar product initiatives.
