Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Major Responsibilities: Provide leadership to Building Services Inspectors. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly totals of inspections of custodial services. Create daily, weekly, and monthly staffing and inspection schedules. Generate various inspections reports using Custodial Solutions Software. Sync inspections reports and serve as contact for technical support. Perform area inspections as required. Create immediate action item inspections reports. Assist in developing and performing area specific training inspectors and for custodians. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School Diploma Work Experience: Four or more years job related experience Certifications: Valid Drivers License Skills: This job requires working knowledge and skills in custodial processes and procedures; excellent organization, planning, scheduling, record keeping, and communication skills; proficiency in office related computer applications; skills in analyzing information concerning efficient and economical operations. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Education: N/A Preferred Work Experience: N/A Preferred Certifications: N/A Preferred Skills: This position requires the ability to read and follow building blueprints.
