Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL Develops and maintains both internal and external customer relations to enhance department image and capabilities to procure best value and service across all areas of responsibilities for Facilities. Supports entire global facilities department with local, regional, or international duties across Security, Capital Projects, Real Estate, Office Services, and Facilities by means of establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes and ensures proper execution by following departmental standards Issue and review Request for Proposals and Request for Qualifications in alignment with standards and confirm compliance, completeness and best value to Oceaneering Review and audit contractor invoices, billings, and other documents to confirm compliance and completeness with respect to service contracts and approved unit pricing Proactively evaluates issues and problems to find the best options to ensure timely completion, budget, quality, and safety Responsible for issuing purchase orders, cost coding, expense/change order tracking, and forecasting of project costs in relation to contractors, internal customers, and departmental budgets Responsible for project logistics and the coordination with internal customers to support projects and logistics Review quotations utilizing supplier information, costs, technical information, and design documents to ensure complete scope coverage Proactively procure submittals, plans, documents/specifications for upcoming work to ensure third party vendors and contractors are on pace for timely completion. Onsite support as needed to ensure progress in alignment with schedule and management of third party vendors as well as internal customers Procure and maintain photographs and videos of work being performed for internal communications Collect and document meeting information for dissemination to meeting attendees and affected parties Create and update spreadsheets using medium to complex formulas in Microsoft Excel Responsible for typical preconstruction activities such as jobsite walks, estimation, and coordination of third party contractors and internal customer communications Responsible for safety of internal customers, contractors, and vendors for projects Creating and maintaining files on all projects as well as confirming complete documents prior to final close out of projects Ability to travel up to 30% domestically ADDITIONAL Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent education and experience. Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred. One (1) to Three (3) years of experience Advanced understanding and skills of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to set and achieve goals Organization and Multitasking - able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor multiple activities and services Experience in accounting/accounts payable and understanding in forecasting costs DESIRED Experience in cost estimating and scheduling Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure AutoCAD experience Access Control Software experience Primavera P6 experience OSHA 30 Hour 29 CFR 1926 Tableau experience Equal Employment Opportunity.
