Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This individual is the center of creating an integrated marketing plan across all marketing channels to support demand marketing strategy and direction for Neustar. This role works extensively with sales, product marketing and other corporate marketing functions as well as outside agencies in order to execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs. The role is based out of San Francisco. Goals and Accountabilities Produce integrated marketing campaigns from inception to optimization with a cross-functional marketing team including product marketing, content, PR/AR, web marketing, experiences, media, creative services, partner marketing, and sales teams Work with cross-functional groups to develop appropriate demand marketing plans and stories from which to build campaigns Drive execution of marketing programs and owns day-to-day program and activity tracking and follow-up Campaign set up/monitoring in various marketing systems and tools including Salesforce.com and Marketo Monitor campaigns and make recommendations for optimization, long tail strategies and future enhancements for maximum engagement Management of project related budgets and responsibility for tracking and monitoring campaign performance and spend Share analytical and results with the broader team on a regular basis Requirements Collaboration and communication, including strong relationship skills inside and outside the company demonstrating positive attitude and focus on teaming Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills Proven ability to drive for results, in a fast paced work environment Bachelor degree a must; business or economics focus a nice to have 8 years experience in B2B demand, leading and managing campaigns SECURITY domain knowledge Industry knowledge of latest demand generation trends, including metrics and measurement, digital and nurture strategies Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution Analytical, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions.
