Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES Initiating and facilitating kick-off and project coordination meetings with the OEM, Owner and project team Expediting and tracking the delivery of OEM drawings, materials and equipment Managing and coordinating OEM activities at the project site and manufacturing site (if applicable) with the project team as required Tracking OEM performance, including schedule and budget compliance Updating and reporting on OEM progress on a regular basis Managing notices and invoices for liquidated damages and/or other OEM performance issues, working closely and in alignment with Project Executive, Commercial Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders as required Mitigating OEM cost and schedule impacts Reviewing and validating OEM payment requests to ensure all contract obligations have been met prior to remittance Coordinating and managing any change orders to ensure consistency with the OEM contract s terms and conditions, working closely and in alignment with Project Executive, Commercial Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders as required Expediting and tracking the Technical Field Assistance ( TFA ) budget and work progress, ensuring all TFA contract obligations are fulfilled Processing and managing any OEM back charges Ensuring contract close-out and final turn-over of equipment to Owner, including close-out meetings and completion of final payment authorizations Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Administration or related field 2 to 5 years of direct purchasing, expediting or contract administration experience in core construction industries Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills Strong coordination and influencing skills Must be able to effectively drive results of both the Supplier and the internal support team Proactive and sensitive to the time-critical nature of contracts Thorough and detail oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative teamwork environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Background in Engineering and/or Operations with relevant knowledge or experience designing or installing OEM equipment Knowledge and understanding of engineering, construction, and project management Demonstrated business acumen Proven negotiation skills Expert technical knowledge of supplier products and capabilities.
