Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The role will support the definition of strategy and requirements, as well as development of a robust framework for monitoring and reporting aggregated risk and risk response across EIT. This will include driving clear communication and stakeholder engagement in order to support the organization in meeting risk assessment related objectives. A clear understanding of technology risk is key to the success of this role. The Manager will have accountability for: Working with the Head of Technology Risk Assessment to review and synthesize metrics and reporting. Sharing information and trends with key business leaders. Providing support with the development of a robust risk awareness program specific to conducting risk assessments. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 10+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both 5+ years of management experience Desired Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
