Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all aspects of the marketing funnel, with a strong ownership and results focus. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment, and communicate clearly and persuasively. This person is able to drive focus and excellence within the programs they own, with their business counter parts and colleagues across the Amazon organization. You will be at the center of activity and will need to lead multiple teams through your actions and direction. Basic Qualifications Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations Experience building, leading and managing teams. Bachelors degree Preferred Qualifications MBA Experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics or technology sector Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to try different things with minimal direction Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product Management, Finance Analytical thinker: able to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results Superior communication skills and clear customer focus Quick decision maker - ability to demonstrate bias for action under tight timing and pressure Demonstrated ability to manage complex and highly visible projects Experience thinking strategically and executing methodically.
