Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Support series launches by developing marketing and communication strategies across all media, organizing press launch events, directing social media & digital marketing activity and developing special stunts.Create international marketing strategy toolkits informed by domestic strategy, and provide these to local offices and ensure the strategic and creative integrity of the campaign remains intact globally. Ideate and brief special promotions, stunts and on-ground activations in support of global launches. Project manage the development and deployment of these with internal and agency partners.Create case studies and reports for campaigns that include local marketing & creative best practices and series ratings information.Liaise with multiple teams at all levels across the company and within the industry. Build sustainable relationships with internal counterparts and maintain regular contact with these. Nurture relationships with servicing and operations counterparts at partner organizations.Drive social media strategy in partnership with internal and external partners, for all series. Ensuring these strategies and corresponding assets drive to premiere, engage fans throughout the run and maintain interest between seasons. Project manage creative development of social/digital marketing branding kits, creative content campaigns and social videos with internal or external partners. Ensure timely delivery of these.Maintain the social media content calendar and keep the tool updated, either directly or via third-party collaborators.If appropriate, brief and oversee the development and deployment of web games, special microsites, online competitions and other web activations. Coordinate the localization and local implementation of these by local teams.Maintain a current understanding of local social media strategies. Manage all social media & digital vendor relationships, including sourcing, briefing, managing timelines and ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery. Facilitate series publicity requests, including talent and media outreach, organizing press junkets, premiere events, set visits, talent interviews and other talent opportunities.Manage the online screeners portal for international reporters. Manage the delivery of publicity material inclusive of photography to regional teams. Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.4 years of experience in the entertainment marketing and/or communications field. Proven track-record of marketing successes. Excellent written and oral skills.Professional experience with social networking platforms and tools a must. Other language proficiency and international work experience a major plus. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced media environment. Established network of industry partners strongly preferred. Proactive interest in international television and media markets a plus. Mac proficiency strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.Graphic design sensibility and basic design software knowledge strongly preferred.
