Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing collateral (project descriptions, resumes, awards, images, client quotes, letters of reference, etc.) and improve processes related to capture of this type of information. The position will also support our marketing team in the completion of proposals and qualifications packages by conducting research on our projects, people and overall qualifications. The successful candidate will be a strong writer, have attention to detail, and the skill to manage a large database. We are looking for an energetic, motivated candidate with strong people, communication and organization skills. Experience with A/E/C industry a plus. Responsibilities include: Review/maintain employee records Review/maintain project records Verify/update client references Regularly update database with new information Update/maintain project imagery Maintain records of employee licenses Perform data searches Provide training for new users Conduct research on existing projects Track and resolve regional user issues and concerns Job Requirements Requirements include: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English or related field Excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent organizational and computer skills Strong attention to detail.
