Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Design and manage creative process for site pages, emails and major marketing that meets business and customer needs. Design monthly/seasonal content & features based on creative briefs and design direction. Coordinate website & email scheduling, asset production and approvals. Concept seasonal campaigns that can be leveraged across countries. Design comps for global websites; come up with creative solutions that work within the brand style guide, site functionality and/or UI schematics. Update seasonal international style guide and share with global partners to keep evolving the international PB brand. Provide support for global design and marketing teams; including homepage, email and image selection. Manage and oversee Canada designer. Work with Writers, Merchants and eMarketing team to have eCom copy written. Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing various areas on the site. Color correct or alter photo files in Photoshop as needed. Accurately set and meet aggressive deadlines. Special projects and initiatives as needed. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 4 year bachelor's degree, concentration in Graphic Arts required 3-5 years retail eCommerce experience, or have worked with a similarly lifestyle- brand Experience working with International teams a plus Strong written and verbal communications skills Extremely proficient in Adobe CS, primarily Photoshop Knowledge of Sketch, Invision and/or Flinto Solid knowledge in HTML and MS Office Able to make timely decisions anticipate problems and provide creative solutions Strong project management skills and ability to work self-directed Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
