Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Responsible for the origination, development and maintenance of derivative sales to FI client base. Bring and pursue new account opportunities in the Americas. Provide team-building support such as back up assistance, sharing product knowledge and market insight to derivative sales effort. Effectively communicate and collaborate with affiliated groups including Treasury, RMs, management, credit, MO/BO and related stakeholders. Meet or exceed all revenue targets and KPIs Key Relationships: Head of FI Sales Americas New Financial Institutions sales clients Markets Americas Sales Group Head of Markets Americas Markets Trading Group Compliance Credit Risk, Market Risk, & Legal departments. Middle Office/Back Office Key Performance Indicators: EOS budget Relationship with traders and fellow sales staff Successful on-boarding of new accounts, material growth of the derivatives franchise Proficiency with onboarding documentation - KYC, ISDA, CSA etc. No Operational Incidents Your Profile: Core Competencies: Technical Knowledge Problem Solving/ Decision Making Communication Internal Relations/ Teamwork Self-Management/ Initiative Project Management Job Skills and Knowledge: 1. Thorough understanding of interest rate derivatives, non-linear derivatives and FX. Structured Notes knowledge a plus but not required; solid working knowledge of ISDA, CSA and other relevant documents needed to execute trades with clients. Ability and understanding to work with operations, credit and market risk management aspects of capital markets. Essential: Comprehensive understanding of the sales process of derivative instruments 2. Assess and analyze sales situations from all relevant angles to derive business appropriate solutions. Essential: Able to comprehend every day and extraordinary circumstances and make sound business decisions. 3. Effectively convey all matters of importance to relevant stakeholders. Has skill in giving and receiving information orally and in writing with individuals or groups. Essential: Effectively share information and knowledge with co-workers. Seeks additional information/explanation for clarification. 4. Works effectively and cooperatively with co-workers and other colleagues in setting, communicating, and achieving the goals of the sales group. Essential: High level of cooperation with others and is responsive to the group s needs. Provides willing and initiative building effort to support the team s goals and the Bank s needs. 5. Plans and organizes own work, uses time effectively, sets appropriate priorities, anticipates business needs. Essential: Reliably organizes work, works effectively and efficiently, prioritizes work and anticipates business need. Manages multiple projects concurrently. 6. Ability to coordinate all project activities to successful completion and within the appropriate timeframe. Essential: Provide solutions and direct team to complete integral processes. Qualifications: Masters degree in Business Administration / Finance or CFA a plus but not required 7 years of experience in various sales capacities within Capital Markets Proven Sales relationships and track record of success. FINRA licenses: 7, 63 preferred but not required.
