Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This person is also responsible for coordinating across external agencies and internal departments. A large component of the project coordinator role is to provide dashboards, tracking documents, media buy overviews in a holistic fashion across the department. This person will be responsible for tracking the department budget. In this role, the Project Coordinator will also have some department wide responsibilities; such as being a part of the onboarding of new staff, participating in event management support and other such duties. Accountabilities: Facilitate project meetings, provide up-to-date and candid status updates, as well as ensure visibility and availability of project information. Identify, assess, monitor and communicate risks and provide recommendations for resolution. Work with Marketing and Communications Leadership, external agencies to develop and maintain an up-to-date integrated project plan. Keep teams, agencies and deliverables on track by communicating and tracking deadlines and gathering clear requirements for each project. Monitors and controls project scope and ensure proper change control procedures are followed on all change requests. Support the Brand Director in the reporting, coordination and administration of day to day activities to support Brand objectives and partnership with the external agencies. Manage invoices and review and analyze statements of work, ensuring project objectives and deliverables are clearly defined. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Business or related health field preferred. 5-8 years of communications experience health care preferred. Demonstrated project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience in managing external vendors. Demonstrated ability to lead team members and manage projects. Marketing, Brand and Social media knowledge and expertise required,Healthcare background preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external clients building strong relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, required. Strong time management skills and ability to set priorities to meet all deadlines.
