Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Develop program management plan and set up implementation mechanism Coordinate with all stakeholders as needed for the execution of the program, identification of priorities Single point of contact for client, managing relationship at Managing Director level Build transformation plan in conjunction with client. Transformation includes moving the organization to a defined target operating model, improve processes in order to reduce MTTR, shift left to move non SME work to L1 team, strengthen L1 team to do L1 activities, strengthen L2 team to do more analysis and SME activities, ticket reduction by problem management/event correlation and extreme automation. Knowledge of automation technologies and implementation experience Monitors and ensures timely execution of transformation Plans to achieve or enhance quality of service and business goals Provide thought leadership and expertise to meet the program objectives Owner of all communication and escalations; tracks escalations to closure Monitors and Reports Performances against Service Levels Manage scope of the program and review scope changes and change requests Set up mechanism to tracks and manage risk. Escalate as needed on client side as well as internally Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. At least 13 years of experience in Information Technology Experiences in leading of part of large transformation program - Transformation program could be technology led or business led, which should have visible impact on client business Experience in Program Management methodologies and frameworks, and industry standards combined with domain knowledge to led technology enabled vision and/or solutions Experience of Senior CxO level stakeholders is mandatory Accountabilities could include one or more of managing Program scope, P&L, end-to-end delivery ownership, multi-country/business/vendor/IT services, business value realization. Program audit and rescue, Knowledge of Financial management, Risk Management, Procurement and vendor management to ensure efficient operations. Ability to identify new clients and opportunities, drive proposals in partnership with internal team. Provide thought leadership including writing papers and presentations.
