Job Responsibilities and Requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with manager and Sr. Analysts to support P&L accuracy, identify and research income statement variances to budget and forecast, and proactively identify opportunities for improvementExecute Brand Allocations and develop cause of change commentary for brand allocationsPrepare and deliver Weekly and Monthly network reporting packages that provide performance visibility to Field leadershipLead quarterly SOX controlsPerform ad hoc analysis to drive data decision making for the leadership teamDevelop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams KEY EXPERIENCES Quick learner with high intellectual curiosity Proven analytical and problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a positive attitude Clear and concise written and verbal skills Solid knowledge of financial and accounting concepts Excellent organizational skills Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, vba) Experience with Essbase and Oracle Financials a plus Bachelor s Degree Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in finance/accounting Retail store, DC or operational knowledge a plus.
