Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Assists Project Practice Project Executives in design, review and analyzing insurance specifications of bid documents for contractors and subcontractors Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds Industry best practices and standards Educate contractors on all aspects of their participation in the insurance program for the construction project Assists in preparation of the insurance program manual providing information about the insurance program, claim reporting, statistical record keeping and other requirements Develop service calendar; create schedules of insurance; prepare insurance certificates and endorsements Addresses contractor questions relative to enrollment, coverage, and evidence of insurance Participates in pre-construction conferences and provides orientation to contractors for the insurance program Responsible for contractor enrollment; audits/collection of monthly payroll information; day-to-day interface with contractors Utilizes web-based Portal to facilitate administrative processes /Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. It was recently announced that Insurance Services will be sold to USI Insurance Services (USI). The sale is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017. We are continuing to recruit for all open positions supporting Insurance Services, but want to ensure you are aware that when the sale closes this position will be transferred to USI. If you are offered the position and begin working at , you should expect to transfer with the sale to USI with similar employment terms and conditions following your start date./ Required Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience Desired Qualifications: Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 180 days of hire date.
