Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Our environment continues to be one of the heightened standards, raised risk consciousness, and regulatory requirements. As part of the First Line of Defense (FLOD) , this role provides leadership support to ensure that Enterprise Information Technology is accountable for risks associated with its activities, current and emerging risk identification, measurement, assessment, control, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading efforts to effectively identify risks, partnering to develop remediation approaches and controls, and ensuring remediation plans are executed and validated Representing Enterprise Information Technology group on all risk matters requiring review, and ensuring all risk management deliverables are met accurately and timely Providing risk management leadership to mature technology processes, and providing input to the risk reporting for the group Providing risk management subject matter expertise to develop, implement, and mature risk management capabilities, programs, and processes, as well as communicate appropriately with key stakeholders Working across the EIT groups to address emerging and existing risks Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 10+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both 3+ years of information technology experience 3+ years of risk management experience Desired Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
