Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The comprehensive knowledge and applied skills of our attorneys has led to the success of acquiring and defending valuable Intellectual Property assets for a wide variety of domestic and international clients. Requirements Our ideal candidate will have the following: Two (2) or more years patent preparation and prosecution experience preferred JD from accredited law school required BS in chemistry or chemical engineering required.
