Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Director, of Retail Annuity Service is responsible for leading non-business line functions for all of Third Party Distribution Service (New Business and Client Service Operations). Direct controls, market conduct exam and audit liaison, compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, quality measurement programs (including all TPD Service functions - new business, producer services, call center, Inforce and claims), complaint resolution, analysis of overall third party business volume drivers and trends, financial and metric reporting, record retention oversight, business continuity planning, and overall shared services support to the TPD Service organization. Primary Responsibilities: Lead non-business line functions for all of TPD Service (New Business and Client Service Operations), including, but not limited to: Compliance, Quality Programs (QA and QC), Audit Liaison and resolution of Service Complaints; Service Metrics, workforce management, staffing models and financial reporting; Budget coordination for Retail Annuities Operations, including TPD Service (New Business and Client Service Operations); Provide guidance on record retention, and direct disaster recovery planning for New Business and Client Service Operations; Security liaison for all of service; Manage space planning; Collaborate on system/business requirements definition with IT and Strategic Initiatives as appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree required 7+ Years of industry experience FINRA series 6 & 26 required, or attained within six months of hire Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems EOE.
