Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: With approval from/oversight of Sr Facilities Construction Supv responsible for all aspects of facility construction projects, which includes commissioning, troubleshooting and operation for Electrical. Contributes to improving facilities design and construction methods. Plan, coordinate, supervise, inspect the construction, testing and commissioning of facilities by RRC employees and subcontractors on schedule. Oversee a project from start to finish, scheduling, and coordinate efforts with other construction personnel. Learns project planning by preparing: construction task list, budget quality estimate, project kick off meeting documents, daily status report, construction handoff checklist, weld map, project summary. Learns how to schedule, coordinate & motivate multiple suppliers and contractors to work with other disciplines assuring that all work is performed safely and productively. Learns safe & productive construction methods: crane rigging, trenching & compacting, welding, pipe fitting & coating, nondestructive inspection, electric power & cathodic protection systems, equipment operation & safety systems Learns regulations, codes and Range Resources policies & procedures and safety requirements. Ensues company policies are enforced. With assistance supervises and performs facility layout & project scope verification, approves invoices, cost monitoring & control, documents out of scope work and cost, Job Safety Analysis, Simultaneous Operations, Hydrostatic test, quality assurance. Performs quality control testing on all new facilities to assure that Operations receives reliable facilities. Meet with operations to complete check off sheet before facility is commissioned. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Being courteous, cooperative, and helpful are conditions of employment with Range. Regular and timely attendance Deal professionally and respectfully with coworkers, management and others Read, comprehend and follow applicable policies, procedures and directions Work with others as part of a team to ensure efficient operations and enhanced productivity Safeguard confidential information and disclose only to those in need-to-know positions Safeguard and enhance Range's assets and business interests Consistently perform all job duties at an acceptable level Requirements: Minimum Education & Expereince: High School and 3 or more years of demonstrated relevant operations and or construction experience, leadership and a knowledge of oil & gas production facilities: mechanical, electrical or instrumentation or Technical or Associates degree with 1years of demonstrated relevant operations and/or construction experience, leadership and a knowledge of oil & gas production facilities: mechanical, electrical or instrumentation or Bachelors degree with 1 years of demonstrated relevant operations and/or construction experience, leadership and a knowledge of oil & gas production facilities: mechanical, electrical or instrumentation or Professional Project Management certificate with 1 years demonstrated relevant operations and/or construction experience, leadership and a knowledge of oil & gas production facilities: mechanical, electrical or instrumentation or Construction Management degree with 1 years demonstrated relevant operations and/or construction experience, leadership and a knowledge of oil & gas production facilities: mechanical, electrical or instrumentation. Oil & Gas Exp: Preferred Skills: Oil and Gas operations and facility experience; Intermediate computer skills: File manager, Excel, Word, Power Point, Site View, Citrix; Strong project management skills. Plans scope schedule, budget quality estimates and cost control reports; Reads and understands design drawings, flow diagrams and P&ID's; Knowledge of specialty construction equipment and construction methods; Equipment operation experience - excavators, dozers; Strong organizational skills / attention to detail; Proven skills multi-tasking several priorities and project responsibilities; time management; Strong interpersonal and communications skills to deal with vendors and construction team members; Understanding of OSHA code compliance. Electrical- Journeyman Electrician preferred. Understand and assure code compliance: National Electric Code Equipment/Machinery: Electrical Construction Tasks - AC and DC electrical power systems, safety systems, ESD activation, safety shut down devices and set points, Satellite Systems, modems, conduit, stainless steel tubing installation, transducers, transmitters, grounding, communications, lightning suppression, cathodic protection, solar power system, Thermal Electric Generators, batteries, Instrumentation, Process controls, I\O, programming, SCADA, PLC, flow computer, RTU, ROC, control valves, vapor destruction and vapor recovery units, filter separators, dehydration, manual & automated chokes, gas measurement, compression Working Conditions: Field-based; subjected to seasonal field conditions ranging from normal to extreme temperature and weather conditions.
