Job Responsibilities and Requirements: As an Intern within the Software Implementation team, you will work closely with senior level representatives to help ensure our customers are getting the most out of their Reynolds and Reynolds solutions. You will assist with producing reports on our products, analyzing usage of various solutions within specific dealership locations and finding opportunities to improve performance within a dealership. In addition, you will help to coordinate schedules of upcoming software installs and perform general quality assurance testing on various Reynolds and Reynolds solutions. Requirements: Currently a Junior or Senior in college Strong organization and communication skills Interest in data analytics Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task.
