Job Responsibilities and Requirements: As Chief Engineer, and Project Manager Primary responsibility includes oversight of all technical operations from an engineering perspective. Job duties may include development and/or review of a POA&M, oversight of technical Task Orders, and acting as the subject matter expert for the tasks being worked. Technical expertise in systems engineering, project engineering, and technical leadership is required. Experience/Education Required This Key Personnel position has an additional experience requirement. At a minimum, the candidate shall possess 12 years of combined weapons/weapons integration and management experience of which at least 3 years of experience has been providing guidance and direction to lower-level technical/engineering managers, and providing technical support on advanced engineering issues. A BS/BA degree, in a technical field, may be substituted for an MS/MA degree providing the candidate possesses 15 years of combined weapons/weapons integration and management experience of which at least 3 years of experience has been providing guidance and direction to lower-level technical/engineering managers, and providing technical support on advanced engineering issues. Relevant areas of technical expertise include, but are not limited to, systems engineering, technical analysis, software design, development and test, logistics, configuration and/or data management, integration and test (weapons, avionics, sensors, and associated subsystems), foreign military sales, and [aircraft ground test, laboratory test, flight test] in support and instrumentation maintenance.
