Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Position Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes These Business Services Leader roles include leadership and critical participation in the following areas in support of PVSI and ECS Technology: Leadership: Business Office Financial Analytics Assist in development and maintenance of business strategy plans in partnership with ECIO and EIT COO Strategy teams Provide support, research and analytics for PVSI/ECS operating reviews with the EIT CIO and our Line of Business partners. Ensure consistent, efficient and effective execution of business office support for PVSI&CB/ECS Program/project portfolio management Execution of the Business Relationship Management (BRM) functions for PVSI&CB/ECS, in compliance with EIT standards. Critical Participation: Application Portfolio Management Application Rationalization Program Embedded IT within the Lines of Business Coordinate across teams to execute ECIO and EIT wide initiatives Participate in the development of standard metrics and KPIs and drive optimization for the PVSI&CB and ECS organizations against key metrics Partner with the ECIO Business Services team and EIT Communications team for PVSI&CB or ECS wide communications, Town Halls, and other organizational activities Required Qualifications: 12+ years of technology infrastructure and strategy experience 7+ years of management experience in technology Desired Qualifications: Experience managing an enterprise-wide technology infrastructure or service component or all end-to-end distributive infrastructure activities for a major line of business.
