Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Accountabilities: Coordinate and/or participate in weekly OAC, MEP, Pre-Installation meetings. Prepare meeting minutes, distribute and post on Salesforce. This includes all SoE documents for project activity, open risks and milestones. HCA Design & Construction: Initial proposal requests from Architects/GCs thru submittal to equipment managers for PO release. Includes review of shop drawings, RFI s, RFP s and working knowledge of applicable codes. Prepare IDN proposals and prepare and release corresponding billing and monitor drawdown thru close-outs. Prepare and monitor a detailed master project schedule utilizing Microsoft Project. Track critical dates of all activities affecting the project completion and provide updates as required to Owner, Architect, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Distributors; etc. Proposal review and corporate reporting: meeting IDN / SoE standards (non-HCA projects) Project close-out processes to ensure documentation is complete, scope has been met and end user has accepted. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Certification in Project Management; i.e., CAPM and/or PMP or equivalent experience Minimum of (3) years experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager. Analytical, organize, plan and prioritize effectively. Effective communication with managers, customers and staff. Ability to connect with people Project Management, AutoCAD, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Decision making, work standards, reliability, adaptability, integrity, communication and initiative Additional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Healthcare and/or low voltage a plus.
