Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Agent of Change - work closely with account teams and all marketing teams to align to Grant Thornton ABM strategy and to ensure that overall M&S efforts are successful. ABM is a relatively new approach for Grant Thornton so it is critical for account marketers to be adoption leaders.National Campaign Execution - under the direction of the regional marketing leader, independently drive the effective implementation & execution of national marketing campaigns and programs direct to the account level. Be a connector - understand the accounts needs & the firm s assets and connect the two.Collaboration, Innovation & Creativity - work with numerous team members across M&S (digital, content, ABM, comms, design, BDEs, etc.) to design and execute impactful and innovative ABM programs, communications, initiatives & campaigns centered on driving engagement & revenue with prioritized accounts.Project Management - demonstrate ability to manage projects & processes independently with high contribution & impact, and to juggle competing priorities. Work with little supervision, but seek out help as needed in prioritizing work. Take ownership of projects start to finish with stellar execution. Help Build the ABM Team s Culture - actively seek opportunities to engage with team members through meetings & trainings, ABM campaign/program execution, and 1:1 opportunities to help build a culture of collaboration & impact.Measurement & ROI evaluation - commit to a hyper-focus on impact & contribution, doing so through consistent KPI measurement and evaluation of ROI at the account level, program/campaign level & at the regional level.Communication - effectively communicate (oral, written and interpersonal) with internal client-serving stakeholders, clients & other external contacts, ABM team members, marketing leadership and other M&S stakeholders. Intellectual Curiosity/Learning Mentality - actively seek out opportunities to learn from team members and others within the marketing and sales organization; demonstrate a desire to advance mktg skills (ABM, digital, social, content strategy, etc.). Demonstrate focus on learning the business and the services the firm provides and in seeking points of intersection between the business, marketing initiatives, & business development priorities. Market Research - demonstrate strong capabilities in searching and analyzing information in support of accounts and marketing programs/campaigns & initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or related field. 5-10 years of marketing experience; professional services experience a plus; ABM experience a plus; CRM experience a plus; digital & social media experience a plus. Sound skill with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
