Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Summary Marketing Coordinator will support the Executive Director and marketing team on ongoing product and consumer marketing projects. Position will operate as liasion between key brand partners and regional teams, and support marketing activities in the travel retail channel. Responsibilities General Coordinates regional marketing meetings and retailer visits Supports ED in production of marketing presentations including seasonal marketing calendar overview Maintains team calendar (regional meetings, retailer meetings, fashion weeks, vacation days) Manages product sample closet and shipments to support regional marketing and retailer meetings Issues recaps of marketing calls and meetings Processes marketing invoices and re-bills, manages shopping cart orders/approvals and timely payments to vendors Maintains training database (artist skill certifications, training calendars, theme days, event pictures) Compiles competitive activities on key industry trends; updates market share analysis Works on a variety of special projects as needed Meeting support Supports the coordination of International marketing meetings; agenda, venue selection, travel details, catering, conference room booking, budget Supports the coordination of retailer meetings, International visitor orientations and meetings Coordinates sales meeting materials, product samples and shipments to regions; issues creative requests Product marketing Supports ED and marketing manager with 2,000 SKU product assortment and visual merchandising Tracks timing for new product launches; facilitates ongoing communication with supply chain on stock availability and updates marketing and sales teams accordingly Supports ED and manager with sales data pulling from BI; maintains sales database (sell in and sell thru) Supports manager to initiate visual merchandising requests to support product marketing initiatives Consumer marketing Assists ED and assistant manager with the TR creative request database; helps to follow up with cross functional teams and keeps regions up to date on deliverables Supports ED and assistant manager in tracking consumer engagement activities; issues monthly performance report Maintains traffic reports (passenger database for key traveling corridors) Merchandising Supports ED in all merchandising, collateral and visualization needs for the channel Manages collateral and displayer offerings through IMW; monthly alignment of shopping cart quantities and regional non-saleable orders Maintains displayer database in partnership with Lachen distribution center Maintains language translations library, works with vendors on translations and printing Manages collateral portal with an outside vendor Develops templates for seasonal lightbox change-outs and consolidates regional orders Issues artwork for pricing signage for local production Provides additional support on ongoing TR collateral needs 1-2 years of related experience. Bachelors degree required. Candidate should be independent, well organized, a team player, be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be a good communicator, possess analytical skills, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and excellence in execution. Advanced MS excel, word and powerpoint skills. Candidate should have a passion for the beauty industry and makeup trends. International exposure a plus.
