Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities and Expectations As the OCIO Product Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for product marketing activities for the OCIO business. You will help craft the messaging and positioning for our OCIO offering and translate this into content that will be used in point of sale interactions and on our web properties. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, alongside writing skills are crucial. Working with OCIO business partners you will build relevant content and clearly articulate compelling messaging, differentiation, and the right positioning for our product suite You will craft content needed at various sales stages of the OCIO sales lifecycle including product introduction, demand generation, client communication, and retention From presentations, brochures, videos to multi-media, infographics and social media posts, you will deliver content across the whole spectrum You will continue to learn and develop deep subject matter expertise of asset class solutions, industry trends and channel profiles You will update investment strategy communications and materials on a consistent basis Qualifications Qualifications: 10 years of asset management experience with 3 years of product marketing experience Understanding of domestic and worldwide markets and product marketing strategy Deep understanding of the investment management industry, across all asset classes, channels, FINRA & SEC regulations and competitors Industry certification or FINRA licensing preferred (Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Series 6, 7, etc.) is preferred Experience and track record of success within large, complex organizations Strong verbal, written, presentation and organizational skills. Proven ability to craft, execute, track and report on integrated marketing plans and tactics. Demonstrated familiarity with compliance principles (FINRA, SEC, corporate, etc.) and strong affinity for adherence. Demonstrated disposition toward flexibility - comfortable with changing direction. Thrives in start-up, business building environment with changing priorities. Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably with major in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline.
