Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Job Functions Driving Active Directory strategy from architecture to implementation, and finally to operations handoff Leading projects and driving change in NYL's Active Director environment Communicating and justifying recommendations to a broad stakeholder base Automating solutions for improved efficiency, security, compliance and DevOps enablement Providing level 3&4 support for New York Life directory services Contributing to New York Life's overarching I&AM strategy Proactively identifying and solving the most complex problems Essential Job Skills: Windows Active Directory Windows security Directory migration approaches (ADMT or comparable tools) Azure AD, Office 365 and related technologies LDAP and Kerberos SAML, Oauth2, OpendID Connect Code development: PowerShell, .NET/C# PKI Attention to detail to deliver complex, mission-critical IT services Desired Skills: Linux/RHEL Security Java and web development Other scripting languages Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent related field preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 9 years of experience in Information Technology MSCE in applicable technologies Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems preferred CISSP, ITIL Foundation a plus.
