Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking an experienced intellectual property prosecution attorney or patent agent to join our team of practitioners. DIPL specializes in U.S. and international patent and trademark searching, prosecution, licensing, and strategic advice, and its clients range from startups to industry-leading multinational corporations.Ideal candidates will have excellent writing and analytical skills, strong academic backgrounds and work experience, and an established client base. Candidates also should have at least four years of patent-related IP experience, a can-do attitude, and a desire to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team. International intellectual property experience and trademark prosecution experience are a plus, as are electrical engineering and computer science degrees and work experience.Inquiries will be maintained confidential upon request.
