Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to organizing, coordinating and executing project closeout plans in accordance with developed project closeout strategies and methodologies as necessary to achieve Substantial Completion on schedule and within established budgets. The Project Close out Manager is also expected to provide Contract Administration expertise as necessary to achieve successful outcomes (as defined by the Client) with negotiating and executing Change Orders, Disputes and Claims. The duration of this assignment is expected to begin on April 24, 2017 and last through December 31, 2017. Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Professional Engineer s license Relevant experience in Transportation Infrastructure Projects Experience with implementing MTA Project Management Procedures Demonstrated relationship building skills Experience with negotiating successful outcomes.
