Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Lead all marketing functions associated with assigned life insurance product lines. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of innovative and compelling marketing messages, digital and video content, collateral material, training resources, presentations, correspondence, and other marketing deliverables. This role will serve as a subject matter expert on a variety of projects and in a number of different settings. A high level of collaboration will be expected with members of the product development leadership team, creative services, compliance and other members of the life insurance marketing team. This includes assuming a leadership role on a variety of cross functional working teams. The marketing manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of launch plans of new products. This role will also need to monitor and analyze competitors' products, sales focuses, and marketing strategies in the life insurance space to identify new opportunities. the marketing manager will also be required to conduct ongoing reviews of existing product support materials to ensure effectiveness, timeliness, and appropriateness with recommendations for improvement. This also includes monitoring and ensuring that materials are kept current for compliance purposes and updating or revising to ensure adherence with compliance standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (masters degree preferred) and 5+ years of related work experience. Content or training background is helpful. Results-oriented with the ability to manages multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines Excellent Powerpoint skills Strong communication SF:LI-LB1.
