Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Frame and translate YouTube show marketing business questions, into appropriate analytical plans and research studies that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions for go to market planning (GTM) YouTube show launches. Manage research agency relationships. Synthesize entertainment industry and audience trends that are relevant to YouTube show development planning strategy. Develop insights and measurement plans to deeply understand: who the specific audiences are for proposed and existing shows size of the audiences for the shows; audience profiling/segmentation (demos, interests location etc); pilot testing: how well proposed shows resonate with target audiences, including identifying areas for improvement. Evaluate and test show marketing creative, using entertainment industry best practice methodological approaches. Develop timely and insightful synthesized in market performance reports that explain what is working and not working at the show level, marketing level and media level. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a senior insights role in the entertainment industry leading show insights and measurement. Experience in show marketing research methodologies and measurement approaches including audience measurement, strategic analysis and program testing. Preferred qualifications: Behavioral data analysis experience (connecting behaviors and usage data to attitudes and perceptions) and experimental design.
