Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the NA Brand capital planning and estimate process in accordance with corporate guidelines (i.e. work with sales administration, creative design and legal in obtaining LOA/LOIs, process all capital requests and invoices, impairment reviews, counter cost analysis, etc.). Assist with the alignment of the brand finance on capital planning processes in accordance with corporate guidelines. Facilitate brands CER s for approval. Process, prepare and resolve all new project fixed asset forms (AR, TOA, DFA) with GFAAC. Administer open project status with monthly review of Assets under construction report (AUC), 90% spend and over spend report, and update monthly estimate report. Prepare monthly capital spending reports for issuance to brands. Review and complete the monthly Assets Under Construction (AUC) report for submission to Fixed Assets. Prepare monthly brand Net Book Value reports. Ensure assets of closed doors have been appropriately dispositioned. Responsible for the preparation and submission of manual invoices for billable work. Ensure invoices are prepared in accordance with legal requirements and applicable taxes. Provide customer support regarding inquiries from retail partners. Reconcile and close out capital projects in collaboration with Store Construction Project Managers, including research and resolution of unusual items and ensuring the tax department has assessed the appropriate taxes to the capital project (where applicable). Analyze monthly Balance Sheet accounts reports for validity. Research and investigate unusual items for propriety. Position requires1-3 years of related work experience. College/University degree in Finance/Accounting or related field required. Proficient in Advance Excel, and accounting/financial reporting systems (SAP, CPM, BEX, IBM, Data Warehouse preferred). Strong analytical skills; knowledge of transactional billing metrics and philosophy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to work under pressure of tight deadline and to multitask. Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility and improve processes and procedures. Ability to work independently and in groups.
