Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are seeking an Accountant to join our team to manage and process invoices, make weekly payments to vendors and assist with the month-end close process. You will be a key member of the Finance & Accounting organization, which is responsible for corporate accounting, internal and external reporting, budgets, forecasts and financial controls. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Processing of accounts payable including coding vendor invoices, inputting invoices into Oracle, and weekly processing of payments. Manage both vendor inquiries and internal inquiries regarding payments to vendors. Assist in researching and recording of accruals for recurring expenses. Assist in month-end close process including reconciliation of accrual accounts. Assist with special projects as needed, including quarter end reviews and year end audits and SOX testing. Requirements: Bachelor s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) 3 years of accounting background Experience with Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle Financials or other large ERP system preferred Solid analytical skills, data analysis and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and confident in dealing with people at all organizational levels.
