Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Office of General Counsel (OGC) seeks qualified, experienced, and motivated Ethics Counsel to join its exciting and challenging legal practice. The ethics practice at CIA provides the opportunity to work on challenging issues unique in Government while contributing to the Nation's security. Experienced ethics attorneys looking for an opportunity to serve our country in this unique environment are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of attorney experience in Executive Branch ethics issues. In your application, please include a summary of your experience providing ethics advice to current and former Executive Branch employees, reviewing confidential and public financial disclosure forms (OGE 450 and OGE 278, respectively), conducting ethics training, and consulting with the Office of Government Ethics on ethics issues. Part time tour of duty is a minimum of 48-hours per bi-weekly pay period. Minimum requirements: Graduation from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership from any of the fifty states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands are required.
