Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Manages pre-installation coordination, site readiness review and vendor coordination Understands and reads construction drawings and coordinates specifications Leads the CA process for project Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations and field requirements Coordinates the project process with the required project consultants Attends construction meetings and prepares field reports Facilitates construction observation, answers RFI's and prepares change bulletins Directs issue resolution and enhances project quality in reporting to internal and external audiences Achieves project success as measured by client and team satisfaction Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Construction Management, medical related field preferred 10+ years construction administration experience Understanding complex construction projects and the coordination required for major fixed equipment Familiar with document control software (ProjectWise, Prolog, PlanGrid, etc.), PDF (Bluebeam), Microsoft Office, V Planner Proven project management experience Excellent problem solving skills and ability to service multiple projects at the same time Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interface with internal and external clients Ability to prioritize and delegate multiple responsibilities to others Effectively manage essential functions by consistently driving for quality, profitable, and timely results on assigned projects Demonstrate leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire employees Exhibits business acumen and some business development Exhibits integrity that supports the company, its values, and employees, while meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations Ability to negotiate skillfully with diplomacy and excellent listening skills Knowledge of OSHPD seismic documentation process for California projects preferred.
