Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities: Directly pursue teams and assist in marketing-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (quals, RFQs, RFPs, presentations, interviews and follow-up as necessary). Support the Seattle Buildings team in all proposal efforts, attending kick-off meetings, creating materials, writing marketing portions, editing technical portions, and production. Interface and cooperate with the national marketing team for multi-office and multi-service pursuits. Support business development efforts of senior staff. Organize registrations for business development events for senior staff, including networking events and conferences. Ensure Oracle database is up-to-date and accurate. Generate reports from oracle for marketing/BD. Other duties relating to marketing as assigned. Job Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with 2 or more years of work experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry. Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to adapt to different communication styles. Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple demands. Comfortable interacting with all levels in a multidisciplinary environment. Strong graphics capabilities with fluency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Proficiency in Oracle a plus. ( Or similar style database such as Deltek Vision, Coessential, Salesforce) Understanding of database systems preferred to generate reports. Enjoys a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
