Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: As part of Macquarie Corporate and Asset Finance Lending, deploy Macquaries balance sheet through credit principal investments, including primary/secondary loans and bonds, distressed, leveraged finance, and bespoke equity opportunities. Requirements: Bachelors degree or its equivalent in Economics or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance) plus 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of business and financial analysis experience. Prior experience must include 3 years performing business and financial analysis; 3 years performing counterparty and transaction due diligence, including evaluating credit and transaction risks; 3 years utilizing various financial methodologies, including leveraged buyout modelling, financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, forecasting analysis, and compound annual growth rate analysis; and 3 years working with various financial instruments, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, bonds, convertible debt, and preferred equity. ( Any combination of education or experience evaluated to be equivalent to Bachelors degree.)
