Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Vice President Channel Partner Sales & Development will offer a unique opportunity to join a fast growing and dynamic technology company at a senior level that is changing how businesses, payers and individuals evaluate, buy, manage, and get the most out of their employee benefits. With a substantial blue chip client base, respected and recognizable brand, and arguably the highest Net Promoter Score in the industry, bswift is positioned to continue on a trajectory of rapid growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Secure new Channel Partner relationships (e.g. carrier, health plan, broker, TPA, and payroll organizations). Channel Partners private label, deploy and support client use of the bswift technology as part of their overall client value proposition. Achieve annual new ARR goals for the Channel Partner segment Assist in achieving company Net Promoter Score goals through advancing a sales process that positions our service teams for success Support the Channel Partner Client Services team in pursuit of their same store growth objectives, particularly with recently contracted channel partners Partner with marketing team to ensure effective and efficient use of marketing investments Seek and qualify prospects for Channel Partner relationships BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired: 5 years of sales and/or marketing leadership In-depth knowledge of carrier, health plan and benefit broker/consultant business operations and needs Style that reflects/reinforces bswift core values; Higher Standards, Greater Accountability, and More Fun Detailed knowledge of employee benefits Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel as needed EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
