Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Purpose / Objective Participate in the development of projects overseeing the implementation. Assist clients and coordinate with vendors relevant to the initiative ensuring goals are met through teamwork and collaboration. Position requires expertise in the subject matter. Primary Duties Implement a marketing agenda for the company and play a lead role in social media communication, including Twitter and LinkedIn updates Support a brokerage team with relevant marketing information Conduct market research & qualify prospects on potential business opportunities Assist in preparation and analysis of proposals and assembly of materials for meetings Assist in preparing market surveys for brokers Schedule & coordinate office space tours for brokers Attend client meetings, presentations, space tours, and networking and real-estate industry events Provide routine administrative support for department Additional responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferred 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Effective customer service skills Proficient use of applicable technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
