Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will support on site employee moves (individual, team, and org) across our urban SF HQ campus. Additionally the MAC program manager will serve as the key point of contact for all change requests related to meeting rooms throughout the campus that are non event related. An important aspect of this role is strong customer service to determine business justification for each incoming request. The MAC Program Manager will work closely with the Occupancy Planning team to ensure space standards are upheld, with IT partners to ensure seamless execution across platforms, and with WS project managers to implement any FFE changes to rooms to fulfill customer request. This role is very hands-on in the day-to-day management and execution of our employee move management programs. In this position it will be critical to support the Real Estate and Workplace Services team with relocations as we ramp up to activate the Salesforce Tower, San Francisco. Your Impact: Perform MAC programming in coordination with the global space planning and workplace services teams as well as provide overall support for client moves and room usage needs. Coordinate strategic planning for moves, adds, and changes (MAC). Process move related requests and ensure Workplace Services and FM staff are kept up to date on activity. Create and verify the from/to move list in collaboration with WS Move team. Schedule and coordinate with internal partners to ensure a seamless relocation to end users; update CAFM tool with seat assignment. Coordinates operational readiness meetings with internal stakeholders Coordinates pre-move-walk-throughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants. Sends out post-move surveys. Ensures client satisfaction. Evaluates and provides improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors. Seeks for ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process. Use defined standard room ratio guidelines, set by planning team, to vet all requests. Provides customer interface to validate office vacancies and proper room programming. Produce room usage reports for Senior Leadership team. Assist with building audits to verify that room signage and configurations are correctly noted on floor plans. Track, update and maintain room use data in CAFM system. Partner with IT to ensure accuracy of room status and accessibility in GCal. Work to standardize and enforce Room Naming convention across campus. Communicate changes to a room's status to all relevant internal departments and stakeholders Participates in facility project meetings. Respond to all move and room program request tickets. Make ongoing recommendations for workflow efficiencies. In partnership with the Space Planner, is responsible for accurate space and occupancy data for monthly Space & Occupancy reports Other duties may be assigned. Required Experience/Skills: 3-4 years of professional experience, including move management, building management, facilities and construction management Experience executing projects in a leased environment in collaboration with property management groups Excellent project management and communication skills Driven, entrepreneurial, self-starting Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive team-oriented, hands-on, adaptive, and client-focused attitude Comfortable collaborating with diverse team members, including architects, building engineers, and facility managers Experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Google Office applications Preferred Experience/Skills: Experience with analyzing utility data Experience conducting/utilizing Life Cycle Assessments Experience using Salesforce products.
