Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for leading the creation of the website's refresh and the long term objectives, goals, and strategies to support both capsule sales (current owners) and machine sales (acquisition) Responsible to plan, develop and execute annual marketing plan for ecommerce site to encompass all consumer direct marketing channels with the focus on increasing site traffic and conversions to grow revenues. Build annual sales forecast and website KPIs to support growth plan to meet brand business plans. Accountable for meeting annual site performance goals through compelling marketing/merchandising initiatives and efficient budget management. Work closely with external agency partners, internal data team, IT teams, marketing activation and sales to achieve marketing goals. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns that maximize the use of consumer data to drive repeat purchase behavior Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer budget and allocate spending Conduct performance evaluation reviews for direct reports Coach and train direct reports and work schedules for direct reports Work closely with Brand Team, Sales, Marketing Activation, External Agencies, Consumer & Market Insights, Legal, Global Business Unit and Global Digital Service Unit and IS/IT to build plans. Qualifications: Education & Background: Bachelor s degree in Marketing or business related field, MBA preferred. 5 digital marketing, ecommerce, marketing and/or general management work experience. Skills: Exposure to digital marketing and database marketing business practices. Proven ability to develop and execute ecommerce marketing programs. Experience supporting an ecommerce store, including merchandising, managing costs and forecasting. Successfully led one or more new websites, ecommerce sites, microsites, mobile marketing, social marketing and social commerce programs. In-depth knowledge of using data to drive greater engagement with consumers with intent to convert. A knowledge & passion for commerce/shopping trends and delivering a best-in-class user experience to our consumers. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver solid business results.
