Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the commercial planning process to build out campaigns driving customer retention Support campaign management through ownership of creative briefs, creative reviews and legal feedback Partner with Marketing, Creative, Print Production, and Online teams in the development of creative assets from concept to execution Work with Field Operations to ensure card-focused programs are executed seamlessly in the stores Analyze and interpret financial data and program results to provide weekly reporting and monthly hindsights Pull campaign results and generate reporting and analysis Report and communicate campaign and/or program results to key business partners Develop and manage annual expense budget, open and close POs, forecast and actualize expenses Comfortable with owning small projects and creating project plan/structure for test initiatives ROLE REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing or related field Organized, self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills Financial acumen / analytically curious -- comfortable with numbers and conducting hindsighting analysis; strong Excel skills Experience working with creative teams and creative development process Self-confidence, energy and comfort working in fast paced, dynamic environment Strong time management skills: able to handle a high volume of simultaneous responsibilities Ability to prioritize and work independently while also partnering cooperatively and collaborating with cross-functional teams Flexible and able to adapt solutions to evolving business trends, customer needs and leadership styles Results-oriented, timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy are critical Learn on the fly: learns quickly when facing new problems; relentless & versatile learner; and analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement Problem solver: uses logic to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answer Bachelors Degree required.
