Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Participates in the development of Healthcare Practice Group business strategy Coordinates and prepares targeted marketing materials for new business opportunities worldwide including brochures, proposals and presentations Develops and maintains marketing reporting functions, project and proposal databases, image libraries and information systems Collaborates with internal and external pursuit teams located around the globe Offers imaginative ideas that will resonate with clients to improve CallisonRTKL s strategy and materials Creates and updates topical text, project descriptions and other proposal-related language Develops a thorough knowledge of CallisonRTKL and its messages, projects, people, services, and clients as well as be informed about healthcare industry advances, the latest marketing trends and new communication tools Updates and maintains marketing related material in Deltek Vision Proposes ways to improve marketing processes, tools, materials, etc. Leads other marketing, communication or business development as needed Advises, trains and mentors junior staff Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business or related field Master s degree preferred Minimum of 7 years marketing experience, preferably 5 years in A/E/C company Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically In-Design and Microsoft Office preferred Heavy professional writing experience preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Writing, graphic and creative talent preferred.
