Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Include: Zero tolerance for marketing that is not 100% compliant with all state and federal and regulations. Deep experience across Direct Mail, Digital, Email, TV/Radio and or other channels is a must. TV/Radio Commercial production Lead generation / lead aggregators Steward program enhancements to improve customer/lead routing efficiency.Including algorithmic scoring of lead sources and sales personnel. Ability to partner with Sales Teams and Sales CRM Systems. Responsible for short- and long-term planning and for effective management of the New Customer Acquisition marketing budget, including the maximization of market development funding from vendor partners. Strategize, conceive, research, execute self sourced lead generation for all marketing activities, including (but not limited to): advertising, e-Commerce, direct response, telemarketing and program development; and prospect incentives or special offers. Manage promotion, media relations, advertising activities, Marcom/collateral, and both internal and external communications. Develop, monitor, and report marketing and sales metrics in order to assess the success and ROI (financial and otherwise) of individual events and campaigns, as well as the performance and accountability of the marketing organization as a whole and by division. Support and enforce company policies and procedures as a member of the management team. Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, divisional managers, vendor partner personnel, and all levels of management. FUNCTIONAL DELIVERABLES Manage New Customer Spend to meet lead and conversion numbers. Participate in the agency/vendor roster for DRTV, Paid Search EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Proven track record of developing and driving effective marketing programs and teams. 10 years of relevant experience as well as a BA/BS degree (marketing, communications). Experience in building and managing a team of marketing professionals and technicians. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Excellent organizational and presentation skills. Strong leadership and management skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal and external contacts. Ability to complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to work independently. Advanced math skills for marketing/sales analysis and budget management.
