Job Responsibilities and Requirements: As Senior Manager for GlobalAdvantage Marketing Communications, you will define the internal and external marketing communications strategy for our market leading global mobility technology solution GlobalAdvantage. The strategy will aim to increase awareness and usage of our market-leading solutions, build brand awareness, and increase knowledge of the solution across the Member Firm global network. In this role, you will also be responsible to deliver against the defined strategy through supporting client pursuits and expansion opportunities, global mobility client conferences, and other relevant industry events, as well as delivering marketing communication collateral and a social media presence. Additional responsibilities include:Lead a cross-functional team including business product owners, business users, client users, and other stakeholder groups to effectively define and deliver a clear marketing communications strategy for GlobalAdvantageHandle day-to-day support needs of the global GES business as a key point-of-contact for GlobalAdvantage marketing communication needsSupport and lead strategic initiatives to drive continued innovation of our GlobalAdvantage marketing effortsDrive work across teams, and work with team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget The Team. Qualifications Required: 10 years experience in a marketing / communications role with proven leadership experience, preferably within a large, matrixed organization Ability to learn and understand expatriate processes and web-based tools created for clients and member firms Experience delivering executive communications, both verbal and written Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Experience managing individuals across several work streams Experience leading teams comprised of on- and off-shore staff, and mentoring teams to drive optimal performance Ability to build and maintain cross-functional and executive-level relationships Able to travel up to 60% in support of marketing and development opportunities A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field Preferred: Previous Big 4 experience or other large consulting firm experience Marketing communications experience in the area of global mobility.
