Job Responsibilities and Requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Management of one large strategic client relationship including but not limited to coordinating other projects the client is undertaking in the front and back office. Lead operational teams across a number of disciplines including financial and regulatory reporting, treasurer office support (expense budgets, performance, distributions and board reporting) and transfer agent servicing. Lead operations teams through a global footprint expansion to our offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad, India. Lead operations teams for implementation and adoption of new technology, Support significant business growth by creating efficient on-boarding approaches and models at scale. Create effective multi-location, multi-time zone operations strategies to support achievement of client KPI s and SLA s, and achievement of the highest levels of Instill a culture and environment of risk excellence. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor s degree and an advanced degree in Business Administration or other related field. Experience onboarding large complex institutional investment managers into a managed service model. Minimum of 10 years of experience in roles including strategic planning and operations management. Demonstrate skills in problem assessment and resolution as well as collaborative problem solving in a complex setting. Possess excellent communications skills within an organization and with clients. Proven ability to detect emerging trends, and encourage and make recommendations for creative change. Proven ability to achieve results with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituents. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and lead team efforts. Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral presentations skills.
