Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position is responsible for executing the strategic plan set forth by the GIS Leadership and VP Global Application Solutions and BIA. A key function of the position is to act as an inbound point of contact for Brand Strategic Business Partners. They will match specific requests with the right available solutions teams. Responsible for resource planning, estimation, governance, financial performance, and visibility into the total cost of ownership In addition they consolidate and report the holistic view and direction of the service delivery function. The incumbent provides guidance to the VP Global Applications and BI&A in reviewing operational efficiency and driving the strategy established by the VP Applications and BI&A and the GIS organization. The incumbent recommends, implements and tracks continuous improvement measures for how we deliver business application solutions and services. This position will oversee the creation and maintenance of the Applications Service Catalogue Is the point of contact for Brand Strategic Partners ensuring that the business opportunities are quickly routed to the correct Apps Teams. Must be an excellent problem solver and understand the required skills and expertise necessary to address the brands/functions problems. Oversees the resource alignment for all service delivery projects and ensure the appropriate resources are matched by capabilities to the incoming demand Leads the development and reporting of IT service level agreements, metrics and key performance indicators for all application domains within the GIS Global Applications and BIA environment on a global basis, coordinating closely with the GIS vendor management organization. Has day-to-day oversight of the Application and BIA cost center budgets and will be responsible for driving overall cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives. In conjunction with GIS Finance and the PMO, this role forecasts, develops, manages, tracks and reports annual capital and expense budgets for all Global Application programs, reflecting and aligning to GIS financial requirements. Establishes cost parameters and fiscal controls to manage cost drivers, define budgets and achieve financial benchmarks to ensure optimum profitability for the Company. Coordinates with IT Finance to ensure there is absolute financial transparency into the service delivery organization. Will partner with Finance and delivery leads to implement a consumption based model for end users In conjunction with the GIS PMO, Tracks and measures demand workload and the value delivered to the business. Reviews business and IT driven project proposals that impact Global Applications and BI&A resources ensuring standards, ROI alignment and execution capability are achievable and met. Is responsible for standardized estimation practices to ensure proper budgeting and forecasting can take place in regards to service delivery projects and initiatives. Reviews all key project estimates and is responsible for the estimation process. Collaborates with all IT platform technical leads to create and regularly report internal and external Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Oversees the creation of all development scorecards and reports Collaborates with the Global Process Leaders who are responsible for business process solutions (Tower based) Coordinate with IT Finance to ensure there is absolute financial transparency into the solution delivery organization Partners with the Head of Application Factory Delivery services to ensure strategic partners are compliant with all standard processes (e.g. estimation, resource & capacity planning, etc.). Executes the Application Solutions and BIA Strategy and ensures it is aligned with overall IT strategy Decisions include making recommendations to oWhen to expand or reduce solutions service capacity, including internal sourcing vs. expanding capacity of third partiesoApprove all project estimatesoReview/Approve Budget variance requests Senior Applications leader with strong management and finance skills. Must have experience with core aspects of applications solutions delivery. Preference to have consulting operations leadership experience. Experience in managing c-level relationships and deliverables in a multi-vendor service migration project Experience in having worked for a similar large scale organization in a highly matrix managed environment Experience with strategic planning, managing financial performance, activity based costing, and total cost of ownership Minimum Education level: College degree, Masters Preferred Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years % Travel Time: 10-20% Licenses or Certifications: ITIL preferred.
