Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Roles and responsibilities of the team include: Partner with sales managers for both the captive Agency and bank/broker dealer channels for alignment and to ensure that business objectives, including short term business plan and longer term strategic objectives, are being met. Day-to-day sales and key accounts marketing support. Plan, develop, and deploy re-marketing campaigns to agents and advisor, identifying opportunities to automate and scale. Work collaboratively with a number of other teams whose capabilities and resources will enable the team to achieve our goals. Requirements A minimum of a bachelors degree (masters degree preferred) and 10 years of related work experience. Prefer candidates to have experience marketing annuities or financial service products to financial advisors. Content or training background is helpful. Strong leadership and people management experience. A self motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
