Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Accountabilities: Build and manage the development of a product line that's segmented to key global commercial retailers. Drive newness and freshness through storytelling on key commercial franchises Lead creation of key milestone collateral (ie, VHO, GBC/GMM/GBE) Work closely with Women's & Men's Classics and Royal teams to ensure on trend briefs Ensure clear communication cross functionally with CTC, Brand Management, BBC, and market level counterpoints. Manage and maintain the PLM system according to each deadline and milestone required. Have the ability to work extremely well within the team and the category, multi task and execute high organizational skills.Work with Legal Department on product and collection names. Provide general administrative support such as sorting, shipping and tracking mail/samples, and coding and processing invoices. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Ability to work within a cross functional team environment. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. In depth understanding of Lifestyle culture and trends. Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time. Ability to take direction and work independently and in team environment. Self starter. Creative thinker. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ year experience in product management, sales, merchandising, development, or marketing. Knowledge of footwear marketplace. Cultural connection to consumer. Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Computer skills, ability to process and understand data and numbers.
